I would like to know if it is possible to transfer a project from one existing account to a new account. Could you please provide guidance on the procedure to follow, or let me know if there is any specific support required to carry out this operation?

  Hello Laura

  Yes; it is possible to transfer a project from one account to another following the steps below

  • Clone the project from account 1 to account 2 following the procedure at Clone Entire Projects with URL in Brizy Cloud in under 15 seconds!
  • Add appropriate A Record and CNAME records to the custom domain to point the domain to the migrated project
  • Delete the project from account 1 once the domain points to the migrated website
