Please cancel my Brizy Pro Studio Cloud Subscription!

Hi

I tried to cancel my Brizy Pro Studio Cloud Subscription 6 times myself, but nothing happens. No confirmation, no message "you cancelled your subscription successfully" or something like that. So I suppose you have to cancel it manually?

So please would you be so kind to cancel my Brizy Pro Studio Cloud Subscription. I only want to keep the Wordpress Pro Plugin (so please do NOT cancel the Wordpress Pro Plugin!!).

  Hello Maria,

  The form at https://www.brizy.io/cancel only makes a cancellation request and we cancel subscriptions manually.

  You currently have these two subscriptions

  1. Brizy PRO Lifetime - This allows you to create unlimited Brizy WordPress websites and grants you access to unlimited Brizy Pro licenses.
  2. Brizy PRO Studio - Gives you unlimited Brizy Pro licenses (Brizy PRO Studio) as well us unlimited custom domain websites on Brizy Cloud (Brizy Cloud Studio). You can develop unlimited websites on the Cloud and WordPress using this subscription. 

  Unlimited custom domain websites on Brizy Cloud is your additional benefit from the Brizy PRO Studio subscription. You will lose access to both Brizy PRO studio and Brizy Cloud Studio upon cancellation of this service. However, even if you cancel the Brizy PRO Studio, you will continue to have access to an unlimited Brizy Pro license from the Brizy PRO Lifetime plan. Kindly confirm your interest to cancel Brizy PRO Studio subscription.

  Yes, I confirm that I want you to:

  1. cancel my Brizy PRO Studio Subscription,

  2. BUT leave my Brizy PRO Lifetime Account untouched (I want to keep access to unlimited Brizy Pro Licenses for Wordpress Plugin).

  Hi K C George,

  Can you please confirm the cancellation of my Brizy Pro Studio Subscription (for Brizy Cloud)? I do not want to pay any further bills for this, after the current billing cycle is over. I do not need Access to Brizy Cloud Solution any more. Thank you!

  But I want to keep my Brizy Pro Lifetime Account and keep Access to unlimited Brizy Pro Licenses for the Brizy Pro Wordpress Plugin.

  We have cancelled your subscription to Brizy PRO Studio plan and it is scheduled to expire on July 31, 2025
