    Hi Dirk,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to put a link on a checkbox.  You can instead use a text element underneath the checkbox and link your privacy agreement, as shown in this example:

    Best regards,

I am not 100% sure, but I think in Germany we need the checkbox version. Just adding some text underneath the send button seems not legit. The european GDPR (DSGVO) is a pain in the ***.

Maybe your team should consider to add this feature to the forms checkbox element.

    Hello Dirk,

Kindly have a look at https://brizy.online/gdpr-compliant-form/ You could redesign your form like this and make the checkbox a required field to make it compliant with GDPR

    Hi K C,

thanks for the info. Just had a nice chit chat with a lawyer (and customer).

The link to the DSGVO (GDPR) has to be within the text near the checkbox. Our laws are crazy, I know. But If I would use it like this, there would be two major problems.

#1 The tickbox is already "ticked" - I know I can change this, but its just a hint

#2 The Link is underneath the Button - not compliant.

Dont ask me, I am not a lawyer. I just have to make sure, that my customers wont get a fine for not complying to the DSGVO. Same for me, I dont want to get fined either ;)

So I better delete the form from my test page and think about another way. Maybe I am using an external form, that contains all the things needed.

    Hello Dirk,

I agree with you; if the hyperlink to the Terms and Conditions must be within the text associated the checkbox, using a form plugin is the right solution.
