For the blog post image size

Hi There,

I was wondering if there was a way to scale the images on the blog post list (which I'm attempting to use to list jobs) so that the image sizes match each other? screen shot of the challenge I'm facing below. Many thanks in advance.

  Hi Marc,

  Kindly set the Featured Image size to "Custom" following the procedure at https://jmp.sh/6179feYp to have uniformly sized images.
