Pro features cloud Ltd 2021 purchase.

Hey there! I bought Brizy Pro LTD early in 2021, and I remember having the pro features in the Brizy cloud for unlimited websites and a lifetime. I recently bought a new offer from AppSumo, and it seems I lost the pro features from unlimited to limited only to the number of the AppSumo offer I purchased. I think there's been a mistake. So I'm asking to bring back the ability of pro features to unlimited cloud websites regardless of the free hosting offer from AppSumo I recently purchased. Thank you George

  Hello Georgios,

  Unfortunately, because the dashboards for the Personal Cloud LTD plan you purchased in January 2021 and the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan you recently purchased differ, they cannot be stacked in a single account. You must move your AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan to a new account if you wish to keep using the free access to PRO elements that was included with your Personal Cloud LTD and the Brizy PRO Lifetime plans.

  If that is OK with you, kindly sign-up for a new account and let us know your second email address. We will then transfer the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan to the new account.
