401 Unauthorized Error on Brizy Cloud

I was working on my website and this error popped up and I haven't been able to log in ever since.

  Thank you. I have reached out in multiple ways about this error as I was not sure which would get the quickest response. Is this 401 error something that happens often? I am only on day 2 and seeing this is maybe giving me some caution as to how stable this experience could be

  Hi Ciaran,

  Service downtimes are rare. Due to DDOS attacks, one may experience half an hour to an hour downtimes one or two times in a year. You can see the service status at https://status.brizy.io/

  Thank you, however the status page was the first thing I checked and it didn't show any services down. Is this service status page showing correctly? The 30 minutes I had no access was showing as all active and green.

  Hi Ciaran,

  This did not bring down the service for all users. Downtime will reflect in the status page only when a specific service is down for all users.
