    Hello, Dutta
My name is Basharat, Brizy support team.
Thank you for reaching out to us.

I regret to inform you , since you do not have an active plan therefore SSL can not be renewed on your project. Please subscribe to a valid Brizy Cloud plan and SSL will be renewed.

If you have any other questions, please, let me know.

    Hello Dutta

Thank you for your response ,.

Yes you are right , you have AppSumo life time deal.

You have added incorrect A record (192.64.119.76) to the DNS setting of your domain , would you please remove the existing A record and add this A record (34.237.47.210) so that SSL can be renewed on your site ? Please drop me an update once you are done with it.

If you have more questions ,  please let me know.

    Regards Basharat

    Hello Simon,

Your domain points to Brizy Cloud as well as a Namecheap servers. Since your website is hosted with Brizy Cloud, your domain should only point to the Brizy Cloud server. Kindly delete the A Record with the IP 192.64.119.76 and get back to us. We will install the SSL certificate for you.

namecheap tell me that this is fixed: Per my check, your domain name resolves fine in a browser. There is only one A record pointing to this IP address: 34.237.47.210
