Getresponse Form not appearing after published

I intergrate a lead from on brizy builder using the "code" widget. 
I have done this on my older brizy site but no problem. 
this time, The form appear in editor mode when I paste the code but it does not appear on front end after I published the update. 

Attached below two images showing editor mode can view the form, but on live mode cannot view. My older brizy sites work normally and I didn't do thing differently. not sure the brizy version does affect?
