Not able to see "Collaboration" and "Duplicate" option in my earlier website built with Brizy

Hello ,

I m not able to see "Collaboration" and "Duplicate" option in my earlier website built with Brizy.

Only the newer websites has this option.

How do I enable these features in my earlier websites.

  Hello Gaurab,

  Projects that were developed up to January 2021 have the legacy project format and do not have features that were developed from February 2021 like Blogging, Multilanguage support, Collaboration, Duplication, Cloning, AI builder etc. There isn't an automated procedure to migrate projects from the legacy format to the current one. However, you can recreate the projects in the current Brizy Cloud project format, following a manual procedure.

  1. Save each page as a layout in the old project (see the attached image)
  2. Create a new project and add pages one by one and import the page layouts saved in step 1
  3. Copy paste the global styles and typography from the old to the new project
  4. Recreate menu, setup global blocks and display conditions
  5. Re-setup the email notifications for Brizy forms in the new project
