Good day,

I have had a Brizy Cloud account for more than a year. I purchased the Appsumo deal this week, after checking with Dimi that it would work for existing accounts. This morning I had payment taken for the next month as usual.

How does the lifetime licence work when I am still being billed monthly for usage?

  Upon checking, you are also currently subscribed to Brizy Cloud Freelancer plan with monthly billing and a lifetime deal plan. 

  The Cloud Freelancer plan was scheduled to renew on October 19, 2024, which is why you were charged.

  By purchasing the AppSumo Deal (October 2024), you gained access to Brizy Cloud for as long as it exists, without having to pay any recurring fees. For more information, please refer to this link:
