    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please try temporarily disconnecting Sync:

    After that, open your account dashboard in another tab and log in to your account. Click the Accounts tab and update your password.

    Then, go back to your website and sync using the updated password.

    Please try this and let me know how it goes.
