Contact Form not working

Hello,

We have built a website using your page builder. However, submitting a contact form gives an error of email not being sent. We debugged the website using POST SMTP and emails went through successfully. Please let us know where we can access the form settings for your page builder forms. We tried checking the integration tab but it gives the following error:

Add new accounts directly in the b.iD LLC builder.
