May I ask why I am listed in Google’s search results when I ask a question in your company?

  Hi Li Chung,

  You can reach out to Brizy Support using two channels.

  • A Public Forum: Your add your question on a public forum. This allows you to look at similar problems other users had faced in the past and the solutions provided for each. Questions and its replies are also indexed by Google; this makes the suggested solutions available on a Google search as well. 
  • A Private Email: You send an email to support@brizy.io. Your discussion with Brizy Support will be private

  Any questions you have posted in our Support Forum will show up in Google. Once your questions are addressed, you are welcome to delete them from this forum. When you are signed in to your Brizy account, click on the "Contributions" menu at the top and you will see your forum posts.

   

  Open each forum post, click on the cog icon and select "Delete" to delete your post.
