Email forms not working on sites

Hello - I have some email form sites that are responding that they have sent successfully but I have not received any email. - emails in the leads section. - all email notifications activated and do not receive any email notification. - all sites created in the same account. https://www.pondrsauna.com/ https://www.greaterimpacthouse.com/ I think these sites need to be whitelisted? They worked fine before. Alexander

  Hi Alexander,

  I have added my email address to the form temporarily and tested. I received email notifications from both https://www.pondrsauna.com/ and https://www.greaterimpacthouse.com/ I have not tested http://www.starforeststay.com

  Can you check if you/client received the same emails? Please also check the SPAM folder. You could also add a second email address and check if the emails would be delivered to either of the inboxes.
