Postpage has replaced all other pages

Using the premade Dietition website, when I make a post and edit it to add content, it replaces all of the other pages with this post page. eg, Home, About, Services and Contact became this post page.

  Hello Laurence,

  Please check if you have added your blog post content to the Global Header. Blog post content should not be part of your global header. Kindly create a separate block for the blog post content and transfer the content from Header block to the Content block.

  Kindly apply the following Display Condition to your Content block
