Publishing issue with the new AppSummo Deal
Hi!
I've got the new AppSummo deal on top of my old Brizy PRO Lifetime.
But, the issue is that I still can't publish any website on my custom domain.
I still see the upgrade button. Pressing on the Upgrade button tells me that I need to purchase a subscription but I already have the AS Deal https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/21441615353490--AppSumo-October-2024-What-are-the-plan-features
I should have "Hosted Domains for Life with unlimited sub domain" but it doesn't work.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan allows you to publish 50 projects using custom domains. We have now allotted 50 custom domains to your account. To activate PRO feature on a project, kindly select the "Activate PRO" option in your project thumbnail. This will allow you to publish the specific project using a custom domain.

The problem now, is that all other projects are now downgraded to Free.

The only reason I've got the AS Deal was to allow me to publish on a custom domain, I already had the PRO features with the Brizy PRO Lifetime (except for custom domain).

It looks like my previous "Brizy PRO Lifetime" was canceled, and now it works only the AS Deal.
This is not what I wanted!
This AS Deal should have been on top of my existing "Brizy PRO Lifetime" not cancelling it.
I plan to refund the AS Deal if this thing is not working properly.

Your subscription to Brizy PRO Lifetime legacy plan is not cancelled. It is active in your account and you can continue to build unlimited Brizy Pro websites using this plan.
The legacy LTD plan gave you complimentary access to Brizy Cloud Pro elements without custom domains. At the moment the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan cannot be stacked along with the complimentary access to Brizy Cloud for LTD users. We are currently investigating if the two plans can coexist. We will get back to you with our finding soon.
The AppSumo plan comes with 60 days refund policy. Before December 16, 2024, you can cancel the plan to get a refund.

What happens after I use all the slots do I revert back to my previous Brizy PRO Lifetime ? Will I have again PRO features on all my websites.
This "upgrade" just made my initial investment (Brizy PRO Lifetime) useless (on the cloud) so I need an answer ASP.

We are still working on answering the question "Will you have access to PRO features beyond 50 projects". We will soon let you know if the complimentary access to Brizy Cloud PRO features can be stacked along with the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan.
Primary benefit of your Brizy PRO Lifetime plan (unlimited Brizy Pro licenses) is available to you. We are only waiting for clarity about the complimentary access to Brizy Cloud (beyond the 50 projects)

Why are my old sites now handicapped with a FREE and PRO? Before I could create unlimited PRO type projects just limited by custom domain.
Can you restore my account to the way it was?

Hello Jan,
Brizy Cloud supports two types of dashboards.
- Dashboard Version 1. This dashboard supports unlimited PRO feature access which came with the AppSumo Deal 2019.
- Dashboard Version 2: This dashboard supports plans with fixed number of PRO licenses and does not support any unlimited feature.
When you redeemed the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan, your dashboard was switched Version 2. You must transfer the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan to a new Brizy Cloud account if you would like to keep the unlimited PRO feature access that was included in the AppSumo Deal 2019.

Thank you KC George. I will just refund as I prefer my 2019 Deal. If I refund will I be restored to Dashboard Version 1? I want it back to the way it was.
Do I initiate the refund from Appsumo portal?

Kindly request AppSumo for a refund and get back to us. We can then remove AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan from your account and revert your account to Dashboard v1
