I need a refund asap
Hello I have signed up today I was not too familiar with Brizy until I started working having issue uploading the stock adove files its really fustrating Wix offers a refund after within 14 days I just signed up today and it stated I will not be refunded ???>?? I should be allow to get a refund if the platform does not offer what I need unfortunately you have to signed up please process my refund as soon as possible I canceled my account thank you

As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, you are eligible for a refund up to November 10, 2024. Refunds are issued manually.
You had purchased the Agency WordPress plan. Is this the plan you wanted to buy? Were you looking for an alternate platform to Wix? Brizy Cloud is the cloud based website builder similar to Wix.
