yet another request: WordPress plugin updates don't work!

I've had a SERIOUS problem with Brizy Pro Worpress Plugin for some time now. This is not the first time I have reported these update malfunctions. I had to downgrade to the (2.4.45 free) and (Pro 2.4.38) versions.
Otherwise the websites I run, including my own, don't work at all. Since I am paying for a subscription (Agency) I ask you to resolve this significant problem as soon as possible, otherwise, when it comes to renewing I will be forced to ask you for a refund but I don't want to go that far. Thank you
