Could you please let us know which specific use case Brizy isn't suitable for?  This is just for our information and potential product enhancement. Thank you

    Hello,

Sure thing. The white-label experience is very limited and based upon how Brizy would do business, which defeats the purpose. Here are a few examples:

    • Having the layouts/block labeled free vs pro. When I onboard a user they should have access without these labels. This is following your model, which implies I am letting them build on a free or pro version. So then I have to align my pricing plans and model to fit this. If anything there should be a way for me to restrict access on my end with visibility or decide which ones should be labeled what. What if I don't want to call it pro?
    • The training videos have the same problem. There is even a free vs paid video that is included in the videos that is just way out of place. Those videos should be in the Brizy account with downloadable access so I can add the ones I want to my own knowledge base/support system. The help icon should link to my own support system as well. Or at a bare minimum can customize which videos are shown.
    • The modules have a similar problem. I don't recall seeing a way to turn certain things off. Mostly my problem with this is the "membership" function. Sure it can just be ignored but it could confuse a user so it would be nice to turn things like this off.
    • Not being able to add our own layouts for users to choose. While I do appreciate the starter ones, being able to expand with our own further customizes the experience both from my end and the end user. Also being able to turn off some of the layouts. Some are a little dated, and depending on the business model, others could just be out of place.
    • I sort of hit on this above but the free and paid blocks should not be a thing without more customization. I was able to remove the free and paid labels with custom code on the layouts from the backend but the experience inside the editor is much more limited.
    • Much smaller but the loading animation is when entering the builder. That definitely should be customizable to further the uniqueness.

I really like the interface with the building. My user base is focused on nontech-savvy users so this is perfect.  However, the experience for the white label is so limiting it just creates a bunch of mini brizy's which I think misses the point. White label is the foundation but customization is what will make the business and standout. From the debacle with the WAAS license you use to offer, it does not seem like you all have yet figured out this business model.

Lastly, I don't feel the pricing aligns. I believed in the unlimited site when activated on a network multisite. I saw the concern about if someone created unlimited networks or sites, but based on the data I just don't think there is any evidence to sustain this. If nothing else adjust the pricing. Your current model makes it to where every site is about $3. To align with all the other things that go into making a site function (especially performance when it comes to brizy) it should be $1 per site which would put it at 300 sites.

    Hope this helped!
