    Hi Dan,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This was previously reported by another user and was already reported to our developers so they can fix it. I'll keep you updated as soon as I have more information.

If this is urgent, you can try rolling back to previous versions of Brizy to see if that resolves the issue.  Please make sure to take a full backup of your website first, then download the following versions: - https://tinyurl.com/4z3cj26y

To roll back, follow these steps:

    1. Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro.
    2. Deactivate and delete Brizy.
    3. In your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, and upload Brizy 2.4.45
    4. Repeat the same for Brizy Pro 2.4.38.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

Same problem here, i can confirm that rolling back to Brizy 2.4.45 / Brizy pro 2.4.38 solves the issue! Hope there will be a fix soon, since Wordfence marks Brizy 2.4.45 as critical issue.

It’s quite frustrating and on a reliability and security this is becoming a bit of a red flag.
Would be nice to know Brizy prioritize the bugs when rolling out an update and not rolling more features .. I still have issues with themes that use to work and now with 2.5 don’t.
Like astral and neve (I know they aren’t supporting but it wasn’t destroying the site till now) please @brizy can you fix this

    Hello Dan,

We have already developed a fix for the TranslatePress language switcher bug. This fix would be released along with a future Brizy update.

Can you elaborate the compatibility issues between Brizy, Astra and Neve? We would like to look at those issues.

    Hi KC,

Since today we have b 2.5.9/bp 2.5.5, but this issue is still not solved. Is there a prediction as to when this issue will be adressed?

    Best regards
    Karl

    Hi Karl,

My apologies for the delay. Unfortunately, this is still an ongoing issue.

You have the option to revert Brizy and Brizy Pro to the previous versions, or you can temporarily remove Language Switcher from your menu until we have a fix for this issue.

    Kind regards,

    Ariel H.

The solution is well received however it’s not a workaround that’s realistic and then your future your updates have been going on for months now and you’re asking us to keep our sites vulnerable or not allow translation to work properly so both recommendations are really frustrating for a lot of users. I understand that this might be a major issue, but it’s an oversight that really With all honesty should be prioritized
Thank you for your support and understanding and I’m sure you guys are on top of it please. It’s becoming very difficult.. thanks :)
