CNAME and A record -I can not add both, why?

Suddenly my registrar is unable to add both A and CNAME to publish my Brizy Cloud website on my custome domain (I disconnected it temporarily, previousely everything was working fine). 

 

Could you please save me here?

  Hi Tatiana,

  In the A Record, under the heading NAME, please delete WWW and type @ and check if all records would be accepted.

  The issue was solved with the help of my registrar, first I had to add CNAME, save everything, than A-record. Seems to work on Brizy side. But  ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR opens isted of my website. Should I simply wait?
