Scroll speeds with mouse wheel on desktop erratic on certain pages

I'm still having this issue. The home page scrolls slowly using the mouse wheel, but other top-level pages scroll fine. Five subpages are scrolling slowly as well. They are linked from the home page, five blocks down, in this text: With over 38 years of experience, we proudly serve Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties in Florida.

My client is asking why this is happening. It is only happening on certain pages, so it has nothing to do with mouse drivers or background images. I really need a solution to this issue.

  Hi Nick,

  Thanks for your patience! We've identified the source of the issue you're experiencing – it seems to be related to the Animated Parallax effect applied to certain blocks. 

  This issue is specific to Chrome and Edge browsers and doesn't affect Firefox.  We've been informed that this glitch will be resolved in the next update, which we expect to release soon.
