SMTP form problem - CC not working

    Hi Alexis,

    I tested the Brizy form email notification through SMTP server. I did receive the email notification in the Inbox of the "To Email" as well as the "CC Email" addresses. Kindly see my test at https://jmp.sh/Pne7O22g

    Email notifications should ideally be delivered to the CC email address as well. If your purpose is to send notifications to two different email addresses, you can add both emails to "To Email" field with a comma in between and check if that helps.

    Hello,

    1. I Added another email gmail in the Email To: this doesn't work.
    2. I Added another email gmail in the CC: this doesn't work.
    3. Removed Email From: Error
    4. Tried with another Email From: Error

    I must mentioned that "Email To" and "Email From" are the same @domain.com

    Can you have a look if I send you the logins ?

    Yes; we can take a look if you send us credentials. Please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

    Hi Alexis,

    I tested the two forms on your homepage; some emails were sent and some weren't. To improve the deliverability of your notification emails, kindly consider authenticating your domain using DKIM or SPF records with Private Email. Kindly contact Private Email Support for the procedure to authenticate your domain, location-benne-bordeaux.com

    Deliverability may also be impacted by using the same "From Email" and "To Email."  Consider sending email notifications to an email address unrelated to your domain. 

    I do not see a missing image on your website. If you still have this issue, kindly share with us URLs of pages with missing images
