No email notifications
I have set up a form on my client website and have set up notifications as well. Once the form is submitted successfully the client is not receiving email notification . How do I fix this?

I have temporarily added your white-label account email and my email address to the form and tested it. I have received the following email notification in my Inbox. Kindly check if you have received the same email.

Kindly check with your client if he has received the the above email. If he has not, request him to whitelist notifications@brizy.cloud as a sender. The procedure to whitelist an email could be slightly different for different email providers. https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/email-whitelist If this does not work, request your client for an alternate email address where he can receive email notifications.
