I cannot cancel my subscription - URGENT
My name is Lily Grant. I have a personal cloud subscription set to renew tomorrow on 1 October 2024. I have attempted to cancel this by pressing "request cancellation" on my subscriptions dashboard and filling in the form stating I wish to cancel as I no longer need the subscription. I have done this three times. I have tried to figure out how to cancel myself for the past half hour. I need someone to cancel this subscription before I am billed.
