    Hi Christian,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We've received similar reports recently and have already reported the issue to our Dev Team for further investigation. We'll update you as soon as we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, you might try rolling back to previous versions of Brizy to see if that resolves the issue. Please make sure to take a full backup of your website first, then download the following versions:

    - Brizy 2.5.2: https://jmp.sh/2bXHLvAZ
    - Brizy Pro 2.5.1: https://jmp.sh/s29vW87t

To roll back, follow these steps:

    1. Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro.
    2. Deactivate and delete Brizy.
    3. In your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, and upload Brizy 2.5.2.
    4. Repeat the same for Brizy Pro 2.5.1.

If the menu element doesn’t work, make a minor change to the global header (e.g., increase padding by 1 pixel), then reverse the change and update your project.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I just wanted to chime in and report that we experience the exact same problem.

On desktop (using Chrome), when moving the mouse over a menu entry the submenu expands, but moving the mouse down towards the submenus closes it. It randomly works some times, but most of the time it doesn't.

On mobile (using Chrome), clicking on the menu icon does nothing, no menu opens.

    The website ist www.oil-m.de

We have Brizy 2.5.8 and Brizy Pro 2.5.4 installed.

    Hi Hannes,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please follow the steps described above to revert to the previous versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro. This issue has been reported to our developers and should be fixed in the next upcoming update.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

is there any news on this issue? Our hamburger menu on mobile still does not work with Brizy 2.5.9 and Brizy Pro 2.5.5.

    Hi Hannes,

Thank you for your cooperation. I've made some adjustments to the menu, but it appears there may be a caching issue. Could you please check if you have server-side caching enabled and purge it? Let me know once that's done so I can review it again.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hi Ariel, how do I do this? Can it be done from the Wordpress interface? I don't have access to the server host configuration or anything like that.

    Hi Hannes,

I apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve temporarily reverted Brizy and Brizy Pro to an earlier version to ensure the menu functions correctly in mobile view. We may need to escalate this issue to our next level of support.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
