Upgrade personal to freelancer
I'd like to upgrade from personal to freelancer, but there's no Upgrade Subscription in my Billing page or anywhere else that I can find.

You are subscribed to the Brizy PRO Personal plan from November 30, 2020 which gives you access to a license key which can be shared on 3 different websites. You are currently subscribed to a legacy plan, so there is no way to upgrade to an existing plan.
Kindly consider purchasing Freelancer plan which is available at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-wordpress and you can later cancel the Brizy PRO Personal plan. The Freelancer plan will give you access to 25 Pro licenses. For an add on cost of $56 you will have access to 22 additional Brizy Pro licenses.

Hi,
my intent is to do exactly what you said, but I'd like the balance already paid on the personal plan to go towards the freelancer plan. If I cancel Personal, will you then refund the balance, or will I be stuck with double licenses for a while?

Also, I get the following message when attempting to purchase freelancer:
"Freelancer WordPress" cannot be ordered because you have active subscription(s) to: Brizy PRO Personal

Your current subscription is scheduled to renew on November 30, 2024. You have approximately 2 months of subscription remaining in your Brizy PRO Personal plan. Since an upgrade option is not available for your legacy plan, unfortunately, the balance amount for the remaining 2 months cannot be adjusted for your new purchase. You will lose about $7 for the next two months because your annual subscription is $42.88.
Customers using legacy subscription plans must purchase current plans following a manual process due to a limitation in our subscription management software. according to my subscription page the next payment is in 2025 - I assume that's a bug then, next payment is in 2024.
