I cant cancel my subscription. Please help

Hi,

I want to cancel my subscription but nothing happens when clicking the button.

Please help. Last day is today 27/9 2024. I dont want to be billed.

  Your Brizy PRO Studio plan is scheduled to renew on September 28, 2024 which is tomorrow. We can cancel your subscription by today.

  Would you please let us know the reason for cancelling your subscription? As soon as we hear back from you, we can proceed with the cancellation.
