  Hi Christopher,

  JPG images are displaying well on your website. Example:

  • https://i0.wp.com/l1a8c2.p3cdn1.secureserver.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/1000007514.jpg
  • https://i0.wp.com/l1a8c2.p3cdn1.secureserver.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/IMG_9961-scaled.jpg

  HEIC images are not displaying at all. For example

  • https://bridalsforyou.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/image000005.heic
  • https://bridalsforyou.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/image000001-2.heic
  • https://bridalsforyou.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/image000000-2.heic

  WordPress does not natively support HEIC images at the moment. Support for this image format will be soon available in WordPress 6.7 scheduled to be released in November 2024. Kindly refer to  https://make.wordpress.org/core/2024/09/03/roadmap-to-6-7/

  To fix the issue in your project, consider the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/heic-support/. However, note that the plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues.
  
  Another possible solution is to covert your product images from HEIC to JPG using https://cloudconvert.com/heic-to-jpg and reupload the images.
