can't have link in text of form checkbox

trying to add a link to terms in the checkbox form. had to add the code. It shows correctly in the builder but not site. Site is https://thetrueprocleaning.com.

  Hello,

  Looks like the hyperlink added to "Terms and Privacy" text in your form is working well in the website frontend. Could you fix the issue already?

  Not really, I just added a text element at the bottom. Would be nice if it worked within the checkbox text.

  Hi Diane,

  In fact we usually recommend the above approach as a work around the issue. You could consider a minor modification to your current implementation by adding the consent text as part of the form without a hyperlink and providing a hyperlink to the "Terms and Privacy" document at the bottom using the Text element.
