Multilingual website in an external hosted
Hi! I have purchased Brizy Cloud Agency before couple of days with reasoning to building websites, some of them to be hosted in my external hosting service and synchronize them with Server Sync. So I have build the first one were is a bilingual one page website and export it. Unfortunately I have saw that the external website cannot working as a multilingual cause the url' s are not working properly! Any suggestion please?

Hi Ioannis,
Hosting multilingual websites on an external server is not currently possible. Static pages are ideal for publishing a website using the Server Sync option. Unfortunately dynamic features that require database access, such as Membership and Translation, will not work well on external servers.

Hi Ioannis,
Based on a test I carried out, multilingual feature of Brizy Cloud seems to work with Server Sync. I am sorry for my earlier statement. Please see my server sync test website at https://serversync.brizy.online/
You have mentioned that "I saw that the external website cannot working as a multilingual cause the url' s are not working properly" Can you provide us with the URL of your project so that we can take a look?

Thanks George for your answer! Also I want to know if I can publish file of the website and server sync to a subdirectory of my cPanel public_html folder like: public_html/mywebsite/mysubdirectory, cause I have saw a message of server sync installation that I can publish only to root directory. Is that exist or I misunderstanding?

Hello Ioannis,
I could reproduce the warning message "The project can be used like a root project: www.example.com/
Is not advised to be used like a subproject: www.example.com/someroutes/"We are currently investigating this matter. Regarding server sync publishing on a subfolder of the website root, kindly allow us some time to respond.

I'm facing the same issue. I see the same message when I try to host the site on a subdirectory. Can you please confirm if you found a solution?

Hello Rahul,
Deploying server sync on a subdirectory does not look possible with Server Sync. Instead you could deploy on a subdomain URL like https://serversync.brizy.online/
