Refund Request

Hello, I have purchased a subscription in error as it was actually already included in my hosting package. The Pro features weren't activated on my dashboard so I subscribed through Brizy directly thinking that would resolve the matter. It did not. I ended up in a mess with two domains which I have now managed to resolve through my host. Please can you refund the following pending my payment and end my subscription with immediate effect please?

  Can you please advise why nobody has actioned my request above? I am still waiting on the refund. Yes, as confirmed at the time, I have an EasyWP subscription with Namecheap.

  Hello Laura,

  We regret the wait for your payment to be refunded. Your Personal WordPress subscription has been canceled and $70.80 was refunded to your original payment method. Within seven to ten business days, this payment should appear on your card statement.
