Also problems with new update

I also have problems after updating. My menu doesn't show the space between the menu items. I tried to disable plugins and came to the conclusion that when I disable the plugin WP-Optimize, this solves the problem. 

But now there's another problem: my homepage gives an error (no images, no design).

Any tips?
