Website not published after moving domain server.

I have moved my domain server. I have added the required CNAME and A records to the DNS. The DNS records have come up green when I look at the publish options. However the website is still not published.

  Please disregard request and my email reply as I have decided to move from the cloud to wordpress and I have removed the publish in cloud.
