Can't see images or add elements with Brizy inside Wordpress site

I tried two different browsers (Chrome and MSFT Edge), logged in to my WP website, access pages to edit via Dashboard with Brizy and can't see any images appear in the editor. I can't add elements either - there's no WYSIWYG interaction whatsoever. 

What to do???
