Block slider with 3mb .mp4 in the backgrounds not transitioning through slides

I have been trying for months to get a block element with the slider toggle on, to transition through small .mp4 video files exported from Photoshop. The slider stops after the first slide every time and doesn't slide to the next. I've been using brizy since 2016 so I'm fairly well versed in this system and this bug is really affecting the design and launch of a very important site so I'm hoping someone like @KC George can see this.
