Images not working or displaying any of the theme images

Hi, I know there are a few posts but nothing has helped. I have set up my WordPress site as I normally do and can create blocks and import the template pages but it's not bringing any images through. I also can not add any images it just says "failed to upload file" even though they are in the media section of the backend.

Is anyone else getiing this or ideas, running the latest version?
