Getting error from a Global Block

I have tried to delete and re-add this, but it is persistent. I am confused what is going on. See screenshot

  It shows on the live site as an error: https://www.thecorporateawards.org/

  It shows with no issues on the back end (see screenshot below). I have tried to delete and re-add, but it keeps showing an error on the live published site.

  Brizy are having this issue too!!!

  Look at your home page.

  It's covered in errors – very embarassing!

  It's causing huge issues for us on our client pages.
