Your email was not sent

Hi there,

I'm having issues with the contact form. After setting it up, I receive the message "YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT," but I still get the email. Any ideas on what might be wrong?
I need to install a plugin?

  Kindly share the URL of the contact form page. Please also let us know which of the three options below have you selected for sending out email notifications.
