New account doesn't show up on my dashboard

I have a whitelabel for Brizy Cloud.  I have two issues, a customer signed up for a free account and I don't see it.  Why?

Second, I made an update to my website and apparently I have to rebuild the site menu because it doesn't show on my live site?

Why on both questions?
