Lost Password for Memberships

The lost password feature for memberships isn't working.  I click on lost password and enter the email and never receive anything to reset the password for the membership account.  I asked about this about a month ago and never received a response.  PLEASE HELP

  Hi Jake,

  The password reset email from Brizy Cloud looks like this. Kindly check for an email like this in your SPAM folder.
