Billing and soon to renew questions
I got an email my subscription will renew at $99
It did not say the period $99 dollars will cover and for how long. Or which of the 2 plans Cloud or Pro studio it will cover or if both combined.
I have the
| Brizy Cloud Studio | next bill Sep 15, 2024 |
and
| Brizy PRO Studio | next bill Sep 15, 2024 |
Does the single $99 payment cover them both (Cloud and Pro Studio) together or is there another billing that was not listed notified me of one for each.
If the billing of single $99 covers them both or separate then tell me clearly. Of if 2 payments, one for each.
Also tell me how long the $99 subscription fee covers before another FEE is due, one month or one year.
Also tell me what I am getting for this renew fee of $99 for both the cloud and the Pro Studio so I can chose if I want it or not.

But I am still unclear on that BOTH the following are showing an upgrade due in a few days.
The way they display makes them seem like 2 separate things , both stating billing coming soon.
Brizy statements are difficult to follow, at least for me.
Again, will it be ONE $99 that covers them both and for one year? As you can see in the image it looks like TWO separate things to be billed on the same date.

I agree the Dashboard page can be somewhat confusing. Have a look at the "Billing" page under the 'Account' menu for better clarity.
You have a single upcoming renewal payment of $99. Access to Brizy Pro Studio and Brizy Cloud Studio are the benefits you receive when you renew this plan.
