Problem with Brizy popup in WordPress

We have a popup on a client site. the site owner requested that the popup only appear once. We have the toggle on the popup settings to only show once. however, that feature is not working. nor is setting a time from last visit. What can be done to resolve this issue?

  This is a known issue in the recent update. A patch to address the issue should be rolled out in one of the next upcoming updates.

  Hello Ariel -

  We appreciate your getting back to us.

  Unfortunately, this doesn't help the current situation we're facing. The popup isn't working as implemented which was brought to our attention by our client - not a good look.

  So two questions...

  1) When can we expect the update that will address the issue?

  2) What is the resolve until then?

  Hi Eryka,

  Thank you for staying in touch.

  The upcoming update is currently in Beta, and while we don’t have a specific release date yet, it should be available soon.

  Unfortunately, there isn’t a workaround available at the moment. I’ll keep you informed as soon as I have any new details.
