Brizy form connection with apps keeps loading

We’ve placed a form at the bottom of the page, which has always worked without issues until now. We recently noticed a problem where form entries are no longer being received. When we try to check the connection with Zapier (Apps), it keeps loading indefinitely, preventing us from reviewing the connection.
We suspect the issue might be on your end. Could you please look into this as soon as possible? In the meantime, we’ve been able to export the form submissions via the dashboard under "Leads."

The Apps settings screen's indefinite loading usually implies that the form was imported from a saved block or layout, and it shares the same ID as another form in the project. To fix this issue, kindly follow these steps
- Duplicate the form by clicking at the upper right corner and selecting the 'Duplicate' icon.
- Redo Zapier integration in the duplicated form and delete the original form
