Good morning,
my subscription is valid until September 12, 2025, as we paid double last year.
Today I received an email from me informing me that I will have to pay again on September 12, 2024.
Please let me know if you (Brizy) will withhold this payment or if I have to cancel the subscription.

It was more complicated.
Monika Piórkowska paid for a separate subscription last year,
and then we managed to add her domain "akademiabypiorkowska.pl" to this plan.
She canceled that separate subscription and instead of giving her the money back,
you extended this plan by one year until 2025.Best regards,

I remember that back then we paid $49 for this separate subscription, so it was more convenient for you to give us a subscription for the next year for $39 than to pay back $49. At least that's how I explained it to myself.

I found emails confirming the subscription purchase on January 21, 2023 and its cancellation on February 16, 2023. I am attaching screenshots.
As I wrote earlier, instead of refunding us the $49, someone from you extended our subscription until September 12, 2025 on this account. Someone associated this account with the domain akademiabypiorkowska.pl.
It is natural that when I started the subscription in 2019 for $39 for 3 domains, if I continue it, the same amount is transferred to the next years. I don't understand why you brought up this thread.
Therefore:
1. Please ensure that the payment scheduled for 12/09/24 (this Thursday) is not charged to my card.
2. Please acknowledge my subscription is valid until September 12, 2025 on this account.

A year ago, instead of paying back $49 ($60 gross) for canceling the subscription on the mn.piorkowska@gmail.com account, one of you extended the subscription on this account (vfr@vp.pl) until September 12, 2025 by associating this account with the domain akademiabypiorkowska.pl.
4 days ago I was surprised to receive an e-mail saying that you were going to charge me a fee even though the subscription was valid for another year. That's why I wrote to you 3 days ago in this thread.Ariel, I don't know if it was you or someone else, without going into detail, changed the date to September 12, 2024, thinking it was some kind of mistake. To this day, you haven't been able to stop it and today you took another payment of $39 at 02:44.
Please let me know how we will settle the $49 ($60 gross) that you have not returned?Best regards,
