I want to cancel my subscription but the process can't be completed !

Hi,

I want to cancel my subscription. I followed the process, filled out the form on the cancellation page, and clicked to proceed, but it kept redirecting me to the payment history page and it showed the subscription was still active. 
please help me to confirm that my subscription is canceled.

  I just don't need the subscription for now. please cancel it.
  
  As for the user experience, I don't appreciate the complicated, uncomfortable process of canceling the subscription. it just leaves a bad impression about your service.
