shortcodes not working and forms not showing

I tried embedding wpforms short code but it didnt show where I will input it. Moreover, I installed it on wordpress directly on a new page, and I also couldnt endit it with Brizy because rhe form didnt show in the brizy website template builder.

  We tried to replicate the issue on this test page - https://staging.pro-site.cloud/test01/
  However, we did not encounter the issue you described.
  Could you please try to replicate the issue with all other plugins disabled except for Brizy, Brizy Pro, and WP Forms?

  I tried with other plugins deactivated but the contact form did not appear when I inserted it as a block on wordpress native editor, but once I click edit with brizy, it is no longer visible on the page. the contact form reports email was not sent, and I could not edit short code. Is there a way to go around it, or probably show me a demo of how to add a shortcode, because it seems not to work.
