Issue with Media Library Access After Reactivating Brizy and Brizy Pro

Hello,

I’m having an issue with my Brizy plugins on my WordPress site. I have both the Brizy (free version) and Brizy Pro plugins installed. Recently, I deactivated Brizy, and when I noticed that my site became completely buggy, I reactivated it along with Brizy Pro. Since then, I’m having trouble accessing my media library when using the Brizy editor on one of my pages.

Is it normal to have both Brizy and Brizy Pro installed together? Could this be causing the issue? What steps can I take to resolve this problem?

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  Could you try replicating the issue with all other plugins disabled, except for Brizy and Brizy Pro?

  If this resolves the issue, the likely cause is a third-party plugin conflict. You can further troubleshoot by gradually re-enabling the other plugins while testing your site until the issue reoccurs. This procedure will help you identify the conflicting plugin.
