Cancel my subscription!

I've seen multiple post regarding the difficulties on canceling subscriptions and i'm surprised in the year 2024 it is still not fixed. It doesn't let me cancel and just brings me back to the same page. I want my subscription canceled immediately. I am not using it and i don't even have wordpress anymore. Please fix this.

  We have cancelled your Brizy PRO Personal plan, which is set to expire on September 4, 2024.
