Hi Ryan,
Thank you for taking the time to create the screencast to explain the issue. Have you tested if the issue occurs when using a different browser?
Could you also try replicating this problem with all other plugins disabled, except for Brizy and Brizy Pro?
If the issue continues, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin page so we can take a closer look into this issue. Kindly send your WP Admin credentials to communitysupport@brizy.io and include the following reference number in the Subject line: 21027425666194
I look forward to your response.

Thanks for the response.
So, I was disabling and enabling plugins and I think I narrowed it down to WP Schema Pro, however, sometimes it would show up and sometimes it wouldn't. Very strange. Perhaps it's a caching thing but I cleared the cache each time.
Anyways, now everything is enabled and it works. Could it be that enabling/disabling plugins cleared something up?
Here is my concern. If it is a conflict w/ my schema plugin, you are going to say its them and they are going to say it's you, so how would we handle that?
Thanks

Hi Ryan,
Its possible that enabling and disabling plugins cleared up something. If everything is working now, I guess there is no compatibility issue between the Schema Pro and Brizy plugins.
In the case of a popular plugin, other plugin developers are typically prepared to commit work to ensure compatibility. However, if a plugin developer spends all of their time working out compatibility with 10,000 other plugins, they will not have time to build new features for their own plugin. As a result, plugin compatibility decision making is not always easy.

Ok, so that sounds like a PC way of saying it's either them or us, correct? I understand the point and get the point. I'm just making sure I understand what you are saying 100% because I also have to make decisions for my business. thanks

Hi Ryan,
There could be 3 scenarios when trying to ensure compatibility between Plugin A and Plugin B
- Changes made to Plugin A resolves the incompatibility. When Plugin A releases the fix as part of a future update, the incompatibility is fixed.
- Changes made to Plugin B resolves the incompatibility. When plugin B releases a fix, the incompatibility is resolved
- A few changes made to Plugin A and Plugin B resolves the incompatibility. Plugin A developers write to Plugin B support and they work together to resolve the incompatibility. When both plugins release their fixes, the incompatibility is resolved

I understand the problem and plug in conflicts, in general. My question is, when this happens are you guys just going to say it's their problem without doing an investigation? Maybe it is their problem, but it's possible it is your problem as well.
I need to take this into account if I'm considering migrating my entire agency to a new development platform.

Hi Ryan,
We do not have a generic policy for incompatibility issues. It is considered on a case to case basis based on the demand for this specific fix among Brizy user community.
